A Florida resident for over 30 years, Carol Jacob's prior management experience in the Hospitality Industry served her well for her transition to the exciting field of real estate several years ago.  Beginning her real estate career in the highly competitive Fort Lauderdale area of Broward County, she quickly honed her skills to provide her clients with her two philosophies of "world class service" and "one stop shopping."  Relocating back to the Tampa Bay area a few years ago to continue her Real Estate career, she specializes in Tampa Bay area properties.  An experienced sailor, she also enjoys working with clients seeking to sell or purchase waterfront properties.
